Welcome to March! This year is totally flying by. I would say Spring is in the air but it's been snowing in some places today! โ„๏ธ
I hope you're all having a lovely weekend, in this email I will share class updates and why I practise yoga.

๐ŸŒŠ Wake Up & Flow

It's been lovely seeing you for morning classes. For the month of February we focused on a theme of love and as we move into March, we will focus on Spring and new beginnings. With this in mind, you might have noticed the change in the name!

These Morning Zoom Yoga classes will now be: Wake Up & Flow! But don't worry, the classes will still be a gentle 30 minute morning practice, awakening your body, syncing your breath to your movement and setting the tone for a mindful day ahead!

Mondays & Wednesdays
8.00 - 8.30 am

These are donation-based classes, you can donate on ko-fi with a suggested amount of ยฃ2 per class.

๐ŸŒ™ Vinyasa Flow

Friday was the first of my new Vinyasa Flow classes at Stellaluna Yoga!

It is a beautiful new studio and the next class will be Friday 15th March, 6-7 pm.

We will practise breath work, move through an energising flow and finish with a guided meditation to unwind from the week and ease into the weekend.

Yesterday we explored downward facing dog in class and next time we will focus on balance!
