After a busy few months, I will be taking some time off in April to relax and recharge. In-person and online classes will resume the week of the 15th April. There will be some slight changes to the timetable, so grab a hot drink, get yourself settled and read below to find out more!
Before I jump in, on the technical side, from the 1st April my emails will no longer be sent from this email address. This is due to changes in the policies by email providers and my newsletters will instead come from my @kpalignedyoga.com domain. Please keep your eyes peeled for this mid-April and possibly check your junk folder if you don't hear from me by May! ๐
๐ March Reflections
At the end of each week and month, I love to take some time to reflect on how things have been going.
When life gets busy, regularly checking in helps me to zoom out and notice what is working and where I might need to put more or less energy going forward.
I've shared below the journal prompts I use. It only takes a few minutes, grab a pen and paper or the notes app on your phone to get started.

Wake Up & Flow
Morning zoom yoga will be only on Mondays for April/May and will be moving to the slightly later time of 8.15am.
This is a gentle practice, moving mindfully and connecting to the breath. This class is suitable for all levels and is an ideal class to begin your yoga journey. You are always welcome to join and just focus on the breath if that's all you feel like doing that day.

๐ Vinyasa Flow
Classes will be back every Friday at 6pm from 19th April (with a week off on the 26th).
Classes begin with pranayama (breathwork) to ground ourselves and settle in before moving through asana (movement) practice. These classes are suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling re-energised but relaxed and ready for the weekend. ๐ช
You get 25% off if you sign up for a block of 6 classes, or you can drop-in each week.
๐ Yoga Nidra
March has been the month of Yoga Nidra! I've taught 2 classes, one online and one in-person. I've really loved preparing the class and sharing this practice with you.
