Today is World Sleep Day! Sleep is essential to our health & wellbeing yet at times sleep can become difficult for many different reasons.

One practice to find deep, rejuvenating rest is Yoga Nidra, a guided relaxation practice where all you need to do is lie in a comfortable position.

If you'd like an opportunity to get cozy and take some rest, why not give Yoga Nidra a try! I will be running a free taster Yoga Nidra class next Thursday at 8pm.
