๐ Gentle Morning yogaWe will be restarting morning yoga this week! Join me for a gentle practice of movement and meditation to awaken the body, connect to the breath and set the tone for a mindful day ahead. Everyone is welcome in these classes, no equipment or experience needed! Classes are Mondays & Wednesdays, 8.00-8.30am on zoom. For January, these will be run as donation based classes, you can book via the link below!

Together we will explore creative ways to include props (or everyday household items) to support & enhance your practice! Get in touch for more info! 2024 plans are in the works with new classes, workshops and events! I would love to hear more about your experience and expectations of yoga, whether you have a regular practice or have never practiced at all! This will help me to create events and share information to help you in your yoga and mindfulness journey.
