How has your week been? I hope you are doing well! This next few weeks I have lots of exciting events happening both online and in Liverpool! Check out my timetable below and join me for a class.

🌿 This week's timetable

I will be teaching Wake Up & Flow, a gentle online class in the mornings continuing with our theme of Spring & New Beginnings. I will also be teaching a Vinyasa class at the beautiful Stellaluna Yoga where we will be working on balance βš–οΈ

πŸ’€ What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra or β€œyogic sleep” is a guided relaxation practice that explores the liminal space between wakefulness & sleep.

It enables you to discover a deeply restful and meditative state while maintaining awareness.

Once you find a comfortable position, you will be guided into a state of deep relaxation through visualisation, intention setting, grounding & breathing techniques.

You can practise Yoga Nidra at any time of the day to reset & unwind.

If you enjoy the taster session, I will be running a 1-hour Yoga Nidra class in Liverpool on Wednesday 27th March, 7.30pm.

I was back to work on Wednesday and jumped straight back in with a busy few days.
